Saturday March 2nd 2019 from 6:30-8:30pm at EQ Heights, the one and only Constant Billy will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early! We’ll be breaking out a bit o’ the blarney for yuz. Tuesday March 4 from 7:30-9pm there are three workshops planned for Houston with the highly esteemed trio Open The Door For Three. All three workshops are at different locations on Tuesday March 4 from 7:30-9pm and there is a fee to attend. The workshops are: Irish Flute Workshop with Kieran O’Hare, Irish Fiddle Workshop with Liz Knowles and an Irish Bouzouki and Cittern Workshop with Pat Broaders. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM it’s a house concert featuring Open The Door For Three. An evening of traditional Irish music and song by this internationally famous trio. Doors open 6:30 pm, Music at 7:30 pm. If you wish, BYOB and/or a healthful snack – to go with our coffee and tea. Likely to be a sell-out, so reserve your seats early. There is a suggested donation. Saturday March 16th…Griff’s, 3416 Roseland..in the heart of the Montrose…Come join us in getting St. Paddy’s weekend started off right with some green beer, irish whiskey, irish crawfish and shrimp. Of course we will have great Zydeco Music to kick-off the party. The Zydeco Creole is playing from 2 to 6, followed by the Green Brothers Band (perfect for St. Patrick’s eve and closing out the evening with the Velostacks! And of course it wouldn’t be a crawfish boil without the one and only Tony Fontenot boiling up the crawfish and Shrimp! What better way to start the St. Patrick’s day celebrations!

Sunday March 17th….Griff’s 54th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival. 3416 Roseland. 77006…The Music starts at Noon on the Big Stage with 5 bands playing on the big stage and two DJ’s mixing on the back patio and the inside bar too! Of course we will have Lots of Green Beer and other Irish libations, Irish Dancers and Face Painting and plenty of Corn Beef and Cabbage along with Griff’s other great food!
