The first of the musical groups to perform — at 12:30 pm — will be Revels Houston’s community-outreach ensemble, Revelry.   Revelry will present a 45-minute program of songs, marches, spirituals, and folk-tunes that were popular in the thirteen American colonies at the time of the Revolutionary War. Some of the songs are still heard today but others are unique to late eighteenth century America.  Bayou Bend is located at the end of Westcott drive, off Memorial.
